Hey there! I'm looking for a friendly, preferably long-term roommate (short term or weekly possible too) to join me in my West Hollywood apartment, available from Dec and looking to fill it asap.

This is a fantastic spot just steps from Sunset Boulevard with tons of perks! All the restaurants, bars, clubs, and grocery stores are within walking distance, yet our building and street remain quiet and tucked away from the buzz. To top it all off, we have an incredible rooftop with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and views of the Hollywood Hills and downtown LA!

About the Place:
• Rent: $/month, all included (utilities, internet, garage parking)
• Private bathroom
• Garage tandem parking included
• Move-in Costs: One month’s rent + one month’s security deposit
• Your Room: Furnished bedroom (it can come unfurnished if preferred) with a private bathroom and a huge closet
• Building Perks: Tandem parking, on- laundry, rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area, gym, security cameras, and on- management
• Fully Furnished Apartment: Ready for you with a fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, espresso maker, etc.)

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me—a music business professional and scholar. I work from home, so I’m ideally looking for someone with work outside the apartment. I am very social when out of the house, I love LA music and cultural scene, and am a big nature enthusiast. While I am mostly focused on work when at home, I do love some nice roommate chat, have a wine together or go to bars, if that feels like a thing we want do to.
