Prospective roommate must be drug free, non-smoker without pets, have stable employment and commit to 12+ month lease. I am a Law Enforcement Officer. I am flexible and trustworthy and willing to split costs of furnishing 2-BR/BA apartment at a location agreeable to both of us. Targeted price range for each = $1,000-1,200 or less.
