3–D WALK THRU OF HOME ON ZILLOW. There’s a large open unfinished basement with a couple rugs, beds, dressers, washing machine and dryer. Willing to rent out entire basement for one thousand total to no more than two people. There’s a small crawl space attached for extra storage. The moving fee will only apply if I need to hire someone to bring large furniture in/out or set up. The rent is same amount as the security deposit. Parking is free. Utilites are extra and to be determined each per person. Small pets ok but must be pre-approved with additional deposit and monthly fee possible.
