Comfortable quiet and peaceful two bedroom home off the street. One bedroom available and partially furnished. End table, large bed and table for TV. See the pictures and ask questions. Unfortunately the backyard is not able to be seen here. It is a huge plus for those who like to sit out in the summertime read or bundle up in the winter time on one of my mini lounge chairs and read or barbecues. We often have fires at night and sit around.. the rent can be lowered, which means I absorb the cost of your rent and your utilities, but this is only under special circumstances. You need to bring something to the table if you’re asking for a discount like cooking and cleaning. Other than that, I welcome anyone who can afford this wonderful little house and who desire a peaceful living situation.. the backyard shows the hills that we are at the base of. It’s called Harbor Hills and the property is just up the street from Western and PCH. This is still LA County but not LA city. Please inquire for further questions.
