Apartment in Downtown Tampa

Description

Looking for a prospective individual that seeks to share their current living space in an apartment such as The Element, Place at Channelside, and etc... that has either a one or two bedroom that is willing to split their space for a price point of roughly $1,000 on my end per month before utilities.

I am a full-time Internet Freelancer who also currently interns at a local tech startup in Downtown Tampa and plans on attending UT as a freshman either starting during the Spring or Fall of 2016 semester.

I'm nineteen years old, originally from New York City (been in the Bay Area for the last months), seeking to network/make new friends, and I consider myself pretty extroverted. I'm pretty laid-back and flexible as long as bills are paid on time and the place is kept relatively clean (within reason). I don't smoke but I drink and vape cannabis socially OUTSIDE the apartment and never within, and I do so with my friends utilities.
