Fully furnished including a washer & dryer in the unit.
Offers a pool/ hot tub, 24-hr fitness center, sand volleyball court, basketball court, private movie theater, computer center, stand up tanning bed, grilling areas, and a shuttle bus all included in the price.

$375/month covers everything but electric, which has never been much at all.

The roomies are easy to get along with, the apartment stays clean, and overall its just an amazing place to live.
