The bedrooms a good size measuring approximately 12ft x 12ft (can easily fit a queen bed and much more), with a walk in closet, ceiling fan and new carpet. The is connected to a bathroom with large garden tub and separate shower. It is a basement room with no windows but light walls and carpet so won't be cave like unless you want it to be. You will pretty much have that floor to yourself including a family room in the evenings. Rent includes utilities and internet. There is a washer and dryer for your use. The townhouse has a newly remodeled kitchen with a gas stove and is very clean, we would like it to continue to be so. The parking is assigned here instead of trying to fight for a spot, with visitor parking very easy to find and usually right out front. It is a very safe and clean neighborhood suprisingly for townhomes.

My husband and I do not want to give out that much person information for all to see about ourselves other then to say the renter should be kid friendly, we have a toddler and a preteen. We will happily anwser any questions that you have over the phone or in person though. We respect others wishes to be left alone or your welcome to interact with us. I will say we are fairy quiet people in general especially after 7. Though during the day our house at times and be lively especially if we have friends over. My husband and I are looking for someone who works normal business hours and provide proof of current employment. There is a month to month lease. I am sorry but a in person meeting is required as well as a deposit of $275to hold the room. $550 is due the 1st of every month. You may smoke outside ONLY and I am sorry but absolutely NO pets!
