I am a 23 year old female with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home. I am looking for a roommate, or two, to move in ASAP. It is in White Lake. I am looking for someone between the ages of 20-30. Rent is 400 a month plus utilities. It is around $640 a month total. I am looking for someone clean, responsible and reliable. Smoking is not preferred but will allow, only outside. Small dogs are okay but would be extra fees that the leasing office requires. You will be fully responsible for those fees.
I work two waitressing jobs and go to school at OCC. I don't smoke, am clean, and responsible. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
