$ per month: bedroom with 1 window with pretty view, private full bathroom. 1 parking spot on property. ($ per month if two people).

-Shared kitchen, deep freezer, refrigerator, washer/dryer, back yard, and living-room areas (all shared areas are fully furnished)
- Wi-Fi and all utilities included in rent (Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling collection, Electricity, Gas)
-One parking spot on property, additional parking on the street.
- Beautiful mountain views, direct access to hiking trails, walking distance to DT Historic Monument, quick access to I-.


-Pets: Cats allowed if they stay in your room (I have 2 clean, indoor-only cats in the house that do not like other cats to mess with them, but are sweethearts to people). Small caged pets to be discussed. Cat/Dog friendly dogs to be discussed. There is 1 dog in the home that is dog, cat, and people friendly. Home does have a big doggie door. $ refundable Pet fee will apply as long as no damage left, no additional monthly pet rent will be charged.

- month lease, then month to month with a minimum day notice.
-First (pro-rated if applicable) month rent and last month rent due at signing. Last month’s rent can be up front or split between the first two months.

Hi, I’m a year old female. My teenage son and I will be living in the other two bedrooms. I work M-F during the day. My son goes to school and mostly hangs out in his room. He’ll be there every other week.
