I am renting the spare room of my 2 bedroom apt. located on Bixby Park in Belmont Heights, Long Beach. It will available December 1st, 2015.

Verifiable employment and references are required. First month's rent and deposit are required for move in. Rent is $1,200 a month. Total move in cost is $2,400. The kitchen/living room are nicely furnished. It has true hardwood floors, custom fixtures, granite countertops, and two balconies.

It is on Bixby Park so it is central to Belmont Shore and Downtown Long Beach. There is also a good amount of nightlife within walking distance. Bixby Park has a farmer's market weekly and free yoga daily. It is located across the street from the only 24 hour CVS in Long Beach.

You will have your own bathroom and full use of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with cable and wi-fi already to make your move and transition as stress free as possible.

Utilities are usually around $100 per month. I have two lovable and well-behaved dogs. YOU MUST LIKE DOGS. I CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE PETS THAN WHAT IS ALREADY HERE (fish are ok).
