Hello all!

I am looking for seriously committed, responsible, and considerate tenants to sublease my entire space. It is a massive 2 bed/2 bath unit with washer and dryer included in unit. It is apart of the Brompton Court apartment complex. The management is helpful and friendly and maintenance is fast and thorough. Although the unit is dated, it is fully functional and there have been updates such as: brand new carpet, appliances and freshly painted. It is still in wonderful condition as I have only lived here for 3 months. I absolutely love living here and this area of town is so convenient since you're only minutes from Rice Village and the Medical Center. Unfortunately my roommate decided to move back to Indiana and I can not afford 2 bedroom apartment on my own. It is available by December or sooner if needed. The unit is pet friendly and I already have paid for the puppy fee ($500) so no need to worry about that if you have any animals. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and right next to the stairwell that leads right to your parking area and grassy area for your pet. Parking is very easy to find as well. Not to mention there free shuttle service to Med Center. You really can't beat this price for the area and again I wish I didn't have to sublease but it's my only option.
