I am transitioning to move out of state and plan to rent out the rooms in my personal home before the move. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, small appliances (blender, mixer, etc.), dishware. Front loading high efficiency washer and dryer. A full gym in the basement. All common areas outfitted with surround sound and the dining room has a bar and LED lights controlled by cell phone. This house is fully furnished and immaculately clean. The decor and setup is geared towards a young professional who enjoys a good time. Any and all roommates are expected to be hard working, clean, and responsible same as the home owner. This would be a perfect set up for a student or young professional who wants to be on there own but is not interested in shopping for furniture/appliances/dishware.
