About the apartment--- Two story apartment; 3 Bedrooms upstairs; 2 Bathrooms upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs; Large patio; Large kitchen with bar-style counter; Gas appliances; Located away from streets (quiet) ___
About the room--- 10' x 10' bedroom; Shared bathroom ___
About the Complex (Huntington Vista)--- 2 pools; Hot tub; Grills; Gym; Onsite laundry; Permit parking ___
About the area--- 1 mile from the beach!;River trail across the street! ___
About us (your roommates)--- 2 female Physical Therapists (27 and 29 years old), recent Chapman grads; 2 dogs very friendly and well behaved. ___
Expectations for our potential roommate--- Clean up common spaces; Female/male, preferably in our age range; No pets; No smoking in apartment (outside is OK); No crazy partying; Will consider a couple/roomshare but further terms may apply
