Looking for a third roommate

Hi there, I'm moving out of my house, and my other roommates will be needing a roommate. It's a 3 bedroom house, and 2 full baths. Preferably a female, in their early 20's. Could be good for college students! Utilities are not included, but are rarely over $100 a month. I have already paid the November rent, so if you're interested in moving in this month, you won't have to pay for rent until Dec 1st. There is a deposit of $440 that is due upon moving in. Must be ok with Cats and a dog... Also, no drugs allowed. If you're interested my is attached! Thanks
