Looking for a 3rd roommate! :)

Hey I'm Brandi! I'm just graduated veterinary school and I am starting work in east Orlando on Nov 30. I met someone that I would like to room with, however, we have been unsuccessful in finding something nice and spacious, yet in a good price range for just 2 people. So I am putting this out there on the behalf of both of us that we are looking for a potential 3rd roommate that would like to get a house in downtown area (sodo, baldwin park, or lake eola areas.) We are both fully employed, mid 20's. Our ideal roommate is similar age (21-30,) employed full time, and becomes a great friend! I will be working some weekends with my job and it varies from week to week whether I work 4 or 5 days. She works a Mon-Friday 8-5 type job. We both are quiet and won't bring home all our friends at 2 am and we expect for you to do the same. Cleanliness and respect of personal space and belongings is a must. We both have pets though so please be aware you must be animal friendly! I have 3 very sweet kitties and she has a very sweet 40lb pup. Not that we wouldn't LOVE to add more furry babies but it's already incredibly difficult to find suitable pet friendly places so it would be ideal that you don't have a pet. Wouldn't it be great to get kitty cuddles and puppy licks without having the responsibility of owning a pet?? No worries though, if you want some responsibility I can totally show you how to clean a litter box.
