Description

Room for rent on top floor of 4 bedroom home. Fully furnished room with full size bed and dresser and desk with closet. Has highspeed internet and utilities all included in flat $600 month to month rent due on the 5th.
Please no pets or overnight guests (ok rarely). Home has central air and fireplace and access to kitchen. Hot tub outside on deck can also be used rarely (its under repair half the time). I have an Xbox and home is well furnished and clean. I have 2 other room mates now and there is a very small, friendly dog who runs the show here.
