Looking for female to sublet my room!
I have a bedroom available for sublet. It is a single bedroom in a two-bedroom townhouse located in College Park (right next to Stadium Crossing!), the apartment is just a few minute walk from the stadium where you can catch a bus to campus, close to grocery stores, gas stations and many restaurants. Rent is $350 a month plus water, electric and Wifi. Bedroom is unfurnished, has a bathroom connected to bedroom similar to jack-and-jill style only you have your own private tub/shower and sink and share a toilet (pictures below!).
Other Amenities:
Washer/Dryer in unit
Loaded Kitchen – double sink, disposal, fridge, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, microwave, large closet/pantry, lots of cabinet space
Living room – furnished
Half Bath downstairs
Porch
Tenant Parking Lot – I will provide parking permit.
Would share the apartment with a great female roommate, who is very easy going. She does have a dog, he is small-medium sized, very lovable and sweet, loves people and is potty-trained and crate trained!
There is also a $200 security deposit, and you also have to be approved by the apartment management. I will cover the application fee and if you move in during November, that month’s rent will already be paid!
Looking for someone who can sublet until lease is up in August but willing to negotiate!
