Roommate Wanted

Description

I am looking for roommate(s) for a 3 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bathroom, with basement townhouse for the 2016-2017 school year. It is located in Hoosier Court apartment complex and is very nice and affordable. A few things:

- I MAY have a male friend as a roommate, still unsure
- I have a cat
- NO smoking inside
- Must be an IU student
- Utilities are not included, we will split payments on water, electric, and cable/internet
- Unfurnished, have to provide furniture for yourself and possibly house

The rent total is $1,434 but split between three people it would only be $478. DISCOUNT for IU Students so it will be a little cheaper.
