2 Rooms for Rent.

I am moving into a new home in Providence. A 3 bedroom plus loft and 3 bathrooms. Gorgeous house with a pretty backyard. One room will be 650 including utilities plus a space in the garage. One room will just be 600. You are more than welcome to paint your room, and make it yours.... I do have a 1 1/2 year old daughter that will be there during the week, and away on the weekends. I also have 2 dogs, and a cat. If you have a dog that is fine, but they have to be dog, cat, and kiddo friendly. I do not have pictures just yet because there is still someone occupying the home. Move in will be December 1st. I am looking for at least a 6-8 month lease. If you would want to sign a year, I would be more than happy with that. I am going to nursing school, and work at the hospital. I just need stability, and someone who does not party 24/7, and someone who is respectful. No smoking please. And the only boys I will consider will be my beautiful little gay boys! Sorry, I just do not want any drama.
