The bedroom is large and has a large closet, we will share the common areas of kitchen, nook and living area.
I am looking for a Christian professional/student preferably female roommate who is clean and without drama.
My previous female roommate was with me 3 years. I am a professional myself and like to keep the condo private and clean.
Rent is all bills paid $470 per month with a $200 deposit includes. I love dogs but the Condo's by-laws states no dogs:(
Yes, we do get an occasional Peacock from the next door country club. Renovations were done 6 months ago.
