I'm looking for a temporary roommate, 6 months to a year. The lease will be month to month. I'm extremely clean and a non smoker. No pets or children. My personality ranges from silly to serious. I tend to keep to myself but I'm still friendly.

Rent is $650 but the total cost is $800 all inclusive (no overages) which includes gas, water, electric, cable, internet, security. I live in a townhouse right off of 400 Exit 6. The room is furnished but please feel free to use your own furniture.
