Room in a house for rent

Description

Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. I have one of the 4 bedrooms, my other roommates are in the other 3 rooms. Laundry available in the house. $300 security deposit and additional $25/month for dish/internet. The other roommates are staying until at least May. No discrimination of gender, anyone is welcome.
