Renting out my upstairs bedroom (the entire upstairs will be yours so you will have total privacy) Available now. The room is huge hundred (sqft) with en-suite and also a separate vanity area. You can put a mini fridge and microwave up there if you like. The room is bigger than most one bedroom apts and the balcony is overlooking the water toward the ocean. The balcony is huge,it’s the width of the house which is about thirty three ft wide by ft out.. the bedroom and living area are all one and there are two closets so you have plenty of storage. The room is also furnished. The electric and cable/internet are split. My house is a mile and a half from Lauderdale by the sea it’s about a thirty min walk to the beach. Close to Publix and wal mart grocery stores. Downtown Ft Lauderdale is about fifteen min. I work in the marine industry so if you’re a yachting that needs a place when you’re in town that works too. I would like to find a female room mate who likes to keep the place clean and well taken care of cool fun laid back down to earth and responsible because that’s what I bring to the table. I require proof of income and rental references. This will be a month to month lease and you can stay as long as you’d like. Ideally I’m looking for a long term roommate so if that’s you message me and we can set up a time for you to check it out.
