The studio has one window & a private gated entrance with private door. The property is on 3/4 acre & is fully fenced with a 6 ft privacy fence. Ample street parking for one car for the renter. This is a very safe neighborhood. My current renter has been here for almost 3 years. The studio will be available 11/1/15. Here is a picture of the outside of the home.
