29 year old male seeking roommate for townhouse located in Reston, VA.

I have two bedrooms available for rent in my three story, middle-of-the-row townhouse. The two rooms are available to function as a bedroom and storage room/ office (12 x 14 and 10 x 12) and come with an unattached, four piece bathroom that would be for your exclusive use.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, and outdoor patio are shared and furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you will have complete access to.

Utilities are not included, but generally average $120 per person/ month and the townhouse comes with one reserved, off-street parking spot, which I will gladly give to you- no charge.

This location is a 5 minute drive from the Reston Town Center and the Wiehle Metro Station (Silver line); grocery stores, shopping and bus stops are all walking distance from the townhouse. Additionally, if you're a runner or looking to get into shape, there are plenty of trails and jogging loops around the residential neighborhood.

I am looking to share my house with another young professional who is low-key and dependable when it comes to rent, but also open to having a couple beers every now and again. I work shift work (every three days for a 24 hour period) and have to get up around 4 AM on those days; it is important to me not to have too much noise the night before. I also have two cats that have full access to the house, but would not have access to your room as long as you keep your door(s) shut.
