Description

One room available for women to sublease in a three bedroom, two bathroom house for the Spring 2016 semester; room has a private bath and is available from December 19, 2015 until August 2016. Rent is $500 per person a month and utilities and cable/wifi are usually about $70 a month. The house is at the corner of 15th and Dunn, really close to the stadium and about a 20 minute walk to campus. The house has a big porch, two living rooms, and a great kitchen. There's a washer and dryer in the house and a basement that can be used for storage. Pets are welcome.
