Looking for female to sublease my room located in gated area of greenleaves in mandeville. Current roommate is awesome and has a super cute dog! I am wanting to move in with a friend for cheaper and thats why i am needing to sublease. Large room with attached bath on bottom floor. The condo is 2 stories and other bedroom is upstairs. Rent is 500 a month plus utilities which aren't more than 150, and a 500 deposit. Landlord is amazing.
