Hello! We are a friendly household in a welcoming, eclectic neighborhood ripe with cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. Just one block from the #34 trolley that runs along Baltimore Avenue which gets you to Penn & Drexel campuses in a few minutes (or leisurely 1-mile walk thru leafy, safe neighborhoods) or downtown in 15-20 mns., we are ideally located to utilize all the city has to offer & enjoy some peaceful ambiance in a tree and park-filled region of the city. Truly the best of both worlds! My wife, myself, our quiet, collegiate 18-yo. son, and a cuddly little schnoodle pup (named "Pablo") would love to meet you and show you the house in person.
