Description

The home where I have rooms for rent is spacious, clean and convenient to West Chester locations and route 202. It is set back on Concord road and is private and quiet.

I have two rooms which can be rented individually or together.
Master bedroom with private bath: $750 per month.
Smaller room with shared hall bath: $550 per month

I am married an spend most of my time at my wife's house, so we'll see very little of each other. I will keep one room for myself for the 4-5 days per month I stay in West Chester.

The neighborhood is great. Wonderful neighbors who respect your privacy but will also help out when needed. There is a huge new deck, plenty of back yard space which backs up to a quiet wooded area. Sadly, photo capacity isn't great, so deck and backyard are not pictured. There's a lot of space inside too, with a main floor living room and a huge finished basement, plus decent storage room in attic and basement.

I am willing to split a cleaning service on monthly basis and I will also split all utilities down the middle though I won't spend much time at the house.

There is room for three cars total with easy accommodations for overnight guest parking.
