Grand at Pecan Groove

My Name is Karim Harris and I just moved to the Houston area from Long Island New York. I am moving into a new place on July 16th and it has an extra bedroom( study) for rent. $425 and we split utilities, and the apartment comes with a washer and dryer. The room is a good size but not huge, and does not have a closet but there are other closet spaces available. Its on the second floor in the corner so we would have some privacy. I will have pictures available tomorrow once i move in. Very nice area and very nice apartment. Its at the South Grand at Pecan Groove.
I am pretty outgoing and personable, but I do work a lot so I value my alone time lol. I Love to go out and have a couple beers to watch a game or something. Also a big music person love all genres.

I have an 8 year old dog, she is a boxer. She is the sweetest dog ever, and extremely well trained. Wouldn't harm a fly.
