It is a private room, share a bathroom part-time as my other roommate is hardly here, have access to the entire house, I have a pool, spa, BBQ with covered patio, I have 1 black lab, quiet, I am 55, work during the week and some evenings. Available immediately. I also have a second room right next to the other room that I use as a guest room but the closet can be used as well as some furniture. My house is fully furnished and I don't like any drama. To busy to deal with that. I am easy going and like to have fun.
