I'm looking for a quiet, mature, drug-free roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with me located in Sparks, Nevada, at The Trails at Pioneer Meadows by September 1st. The Trails Apartments are considered luxury living at affordable prices. In my opinion, this area of Sparks is the nicest to live in and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown Reno. I've never had any issues here and the area is a very safe place to live with walking trails surrounding the premises. If you have any questions let me know. The photos of the apartment I have posted are from the official but are of the edition I live in. This apartment comes fully furnished so you don't need to provide anything but what you would use in your own bathroom and bedroom. Rent is $538.00 and deposit is $400 plus utilities.
