Hi, I'm young Asian male professional with a graduate level education (Duke undergrad, Notre Dame grad). I'm looking for a tidy roommate (at least with respect to common space) who is ideally a working professional, a graduate student, or a serious undergraduate student looking for a quiet, clean and peaceful atmosphere to study or live. No dogs or cats, sorry. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom (hardwood and engineered wood), 3 full baths (all tiled), 2 living room (hardwood), 1 dining room (hardwood), 1 kitchen (hardwood), 2000 square ft. home with a full privacy fence and surrounding deck with solar posts. The house does not have a garage. Parking is free and on the property's driveway.

ROOM DESCRIPTION: The room (blue - 170 sq. ft.) is a newly painted bedroom, with engineered wood flooring, and a closet. Roommate will have access to a tiled private bathroom, which they will share with me (I am only at the house one weekend during each month so the bathroom will mostly be yours). Utilities, washer/dryer, and internet is included in the $580 rent. The stainless steel kitchen is shared.
