About the house: It is a 3BR, 2.5 bath single family home. The common areas of the home are well furnished and have hardwood floors on the main and a carpeted upper level. One of the available rooms is currently furnished (optionally) with a queen bed, dresser, lamp, and night stand. The other is not. Utilities and amenities available are electric, gas, water/sewage, garbage collection & recycling, WIFI, home alarm system, washer/dryer, furnished deck with grills. Your new home is located within a short 15 minute drive to airport, and minutes away from downtown, midtown, Atlantic Station and the Howell Mill shopping plaza.
