Spacious ( sq ft), open floor plan, new hardwood floors, fully refurnished with Ethan Allen furniture, new Kitchen Cabinetry and Marble countertops, large furnished 4th floor balcony, full condo Fusion Audio/Visual system, newly painted throughout, indoor Sauna and Jetted Spa. Lots of natural light, very comfortable and luxurious. Private bedroom and attached bathroom with lots of closet space. All living areas, kitchen and dining rooms shared.

I’ll forgo the typical list of what this house has and what you can expect of this house. What I will tell you is what it does not have. It does not have a central vacuum system, No pool. No ash trays. No private entrance. No fence around the large yard. No provision for pets. No stated rent. ——That item is open to negotiation and will depend on your income. Don’t worry too much about $$$’s I prefer to give rather than take. If you have the qualifications and are actively seeking employment after moving here you might be in luck. OR. You might be retired—like me—and on a limited but steady income, maybe you are watching your coins and saving to make a down payment on a car. Let’s see what we can do for each other.
