My current roommate is moving to seattle at the end of june and will not be renewing the lease when it expires in august. looking for someone to move in between july 1st and august 1st. The furniture you see in the bedroom pictures will not be there. Rent, utilities and wifi will be a total of about per month. Youll have the master bedroom/bathroom, and a garage parking spot close to the building. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. I work all day monday-friday, and i keep to myself mostly on weekends. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house contains a large kitchen, garage, tool shed, heating/air conditioning, dish washer, laundry/drier, and 2 living rooms.
