Hi I rent several rooms in a share house. The house is modern and a designer level home, always neat tidy and a calm relaxing design. Only a few minutes from town and two minutes to the beach the home is well positioned for those without transport. I travel a lot and all tenants work full time. We have a regular changeover of internationals completing their and are all very respectful of privacy and ensuring everyone feels at home.
