Fresh Start. Looking for a new room

My name is Kelsey and I'm a year old female who recently moved from Florida to Aurora, Co. After a lengthy divorce I'm ready to finally start a new and independent life for myself. I own a 1 year old shorthair feline who is my ESA (Not Service) who is spayed. She is well behaved and primarily keeps to herself, but is sweet to others once she gets to know them.

My primary interests are personal fitness, anime, video games, comedy, and music. Since I'm starting a new life in a new state I'm eagerly open to making new friends and joining new circles with similar interests. I primarily do gig work (House cleaning/sitting, pet sitting, etc), and have enough saved for several months of rent.
