My roommate and I are looking for a third housemate/co-tenant in a bath house we are renting and have lived in for the past year. We are renting out more than a room, the entire house will be shared amongst the 3 of us which includes all kitchen appliances and furnishings.

One bedroom for rent available January month lease, $/month + Utilities including wifi (average $ security deposit due on move-in date.

THE HOUSE: sq ft home built in with modern interior design, stainless Whirlpool appliances, electric tankless water heater, LG washer and dryer, and solar (very low PGE bills). Located in North Fairfield near Travis AF Base with quick access to I- via Air Base Pkwy. Mellow and safe neighborhood occupied by young families. We ourselves have furnished the house, see pictures. House has a 2 car garage for some storage (will not be available for your car). Parking is available on the driveway or street in front of the house, see picture. House has small back patio we will be looking to furnish before summer. Neighborhood is not HOA, landlord is a private real-estate agent for homeowner.

THE ROOM: Medium sized room, unfurnished. More clear pictures will be uploaded when current roommate moves out. Room has a sliding-door closet and windows overlooking residential street on the edge of the neighborhood. You will share a bathroom with one of us. Full bathroom has 2 sinks, plenty of storage, and a shower with bathtub. Hallway has a small upstairs loft/nook that can fit a full-size desk and chair.

IDEAL ROOMMATE: Male in ’s. No illicit drugs, no pets.

YOUR HOUSEMATES: 2 males in early ’s. We are friends and coworkers in Napa with stable careers. Both of us enjoy the outdoors, fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding, cooking, and having a social environment amongst each other. We both work approximately hours a week. We both intend on renting this house for at least 2 more years.
