The available room is the smallest bedroom (Room 3 on the floor plan) for $/month. Move-in date: February ‼️

The lease starts from April , and the rent will increase by $ total, which will be split equally among the tenants (an additional $ per person on top of the original rent).

First roommate Julia: Full-time professional in the entertainment industry, working hybrid. Loves comedy, theater and cooking. Have a cat that is extremely curious and always trying to escape the apartment.

Second roommate Destiny: Full time remote girly in the social services industry. Loves working out, reading, pretty easy going.
