No children please. We have an extra bed and dresser for an extra hundred per month for use. Message on 📷 at poetic_linguist. Move in fee refundable at move out provided no cleaning or repairs needed. Private rooms with shared bath down the hall plus laundry room across the hall, all within a few steps. Parking space in garage, there is a fridge in garage we can empty for use too. There are two dogs and a cat in the house, cat stays primarily in my room and downstairs, same with dogs. Large living room upstairs right outside bedroom where I have a small working area but the rest can be used to create lounging area for you. It's my mom and myself and just looking for extra income for us :) Utilities included internet, security, pest control, water, sewer, electric, trash, and gas accounting for price fluctuating during different seasons.
