Hello! I am looking to sub-lease to someone looking for an apartment. I am a December graduate and will be relocating, but my lease is not up until August. I currently have two female roommates that will be residing in the apartment.

The apartment is a three-bedroom, two bathroom. The room available is connected to a shared bathroom and has a walk in closet. Although the bedroom available is not furnished, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a front closet, a linen closet, and a storage closet. The living room has a fireplace, and there is a patio off of the dinning room. The kitchen includes a microwave, and a dishwasher along with standard kitchen amenities.

The monthly rent is $1120 split among three roommates (so about $374 per person). The utilities include gas, electric, water, cable, internet, and phone. The internet, phone, and cable are all one bill. It is roughly $170 a month (so about $57 per person). The water bill will be included with rent.

The apartment is located in a gated community that requires cards access or a gate code. The apartment complex includes dog walking areas, a pool, an exercise room, a car washing station, and a tennis court
