Master bedroom in a 2/2

Description

I'm going to be moving into a 2/2 the beginning of January and am looking for someone interested in splitting it. I'm 23, male, working a fulltime job in suntree. I'm fine with male or female roommates, preferably nerdy and 420 friendly. I tend to keep to myself and don't have parties. The most I usually do is have friends over for board game nights. I'm going to be really picky about who I live with so we will need to meet beforehand.

Water, Trash, and Sewer are included by the management company. You and me would have to split electricity, internet/cable, and renters insurance, all of which I already have and will be transferring over. I expect all told utilities will be around $100 per month so about $575 total. I don't have any pictures yet (the ones with the add are from but are close to actual) as I haven't moved in but the unit looks very nice, good appliances, and I really like the floorplan. I have a link to a listing of the complex and they have a picture of the floorplan.

Currently there are no animals. I would prefer t to stay that way but an exception might be made but you would be responsible for the extra fees.
