Normal Apt, Feb-July

Description

Finding someone to take over my bath apartment in Sandy Springs, Georgia, from February through July . This a great unit, with high ceilings, a walk in closet in the bedroom, in unit washer and dryer, electric heating and cooling. It is extremely close to Target, Ashford Lane shopping, Crunch Fitness, and Perimeter Mall (it is the main reason I chose this apartment). There is an attached and gated parking garage, pool, rooftop amenities with hot tubs, enclosed area for dogs, indoor gym/clubhouse/coworking space. I am traveling and transitioning out of Atlanta, and thus am looking for someone to take over the entire space, ie, I will not be living there at all.
