Large bedroom and private bathroom

Description

I am looking for a roommate to share my home. You would have your own bathroom and large room with a closet. I have a small gym onsite (peloton, row machine, kettle bells to name a few things). Please be pet friendly. I am a veterinarian and have two small dogs and one large dog and two cats. Laundry in house (shared), storage below house. Street parking. Utilities shared 3 ways (internet every month, water about $ every 2 months, PG&E varies). Cleaning service once monthly, whole house ways. I prefer someone mature, reliable, on the quiet side, ideally working professional (not work from home). I get up early and go to be bed around pm and don’t want the party brought home when it’s early rising for me most days. Laminate flooring in room. Currently this is a living room that I never use. Bathroom is not attached. Ideally this would work best for someone that doesn’t have a ton of kitchen stuff as I already have most all the things but can shift stuff around if needed. Cleanliness is important to me, hoping it is important to a future roommate as well. There is a large backyard, chicken coop, lots of space for a garden, fruit trees and close to downtown.
