Description

For rent: 1 unfurnished bedroom in a bath riverfront house in Boulder Creek. Room for one person only.

$ a month, plus utilities ($9 for garbage, $ for internet, water/electricity/propane costs will vary by usage).

The room is approximately ’ with a large mirror sliding door closet and a sliding glass door that opens onto the deck overlooking the river.

The hall bathroom will be shared (until I can find a contractor to install a master bath). The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and will be shared. Room for one car in the driveway.

Pets negotiable, no cats. I currently have a very energetic, loving, and social 3 year old pup.

I don’t smoke and I’d prefer to have no tobacco on the property. Weed is fine as long as you smoke outside and clean up.
