Irvine Private Bed and Bath

I'm currently living in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment located in Irvine, however with my recent job changes I'm finding I can't afford to live here anymore. I'm looking for someone to be added to the lease with my roommate. THIS WILL NOT BE SUBLEASING. You will be added, and me taken off. The lease is until August 2016, and I would like to move by January 1st if possible.

The rent is $1037 a month plus utilities, and includes your own master bed and bath, a garage, in unit washer and dryer, and all the convenience of living right across the street from the Tustin Marketplace. The apartment complex is the Somerset apartments.

Also, I apologize for the shoddy pictures. I had to pull what I happened to have on my phone because I haven't had time to take real pictures. The door is opposite from the wall with my bed, and one entire wall is a giant closet. The room is huge and is something like 12 x 13. I was able to fit a twin bed that pulls out to a king size bed. The hallway pic with the rooster is the little area between the bedroom on the left and the bathroom on the right. Let me know if you would like better ones and I'd be more than happy to take new ones. No couples please and female only!
