Available Sunday. I am looking to share my apartment. You will have your own room + full bathroom. Nice size closets with built in shelving. This is a smoke and drug free home. If you smoke don't reply. Located off Sharon Rd. West , walking distance to the light rail. I will be for the water, electric, cable with free Wi-Fi (Fastest speed in area) all cable channels including premiums and your own box with remote. The furnishings in were my previous roommate so there may not be any furniture for a little while in the common area like dinning and living room. This will be a month to month, I am not looking for a friend but you must be courteous. I have a young daughter that may wish visit me on weekends so you cannot be a sex offender. I reserve the right to evict you at any time for any reason. First and last month rent is requested, but negotiable.
