Looking for a female tenant to take over my lease in a shared apartment asap. This is a 2 bedroom plus den unit. The den is the room available. The master bedroom has an ensuite therefore the den shares a bathroom with the secondary bedroom. from TMU or UofT and 5 minutes from the nearest subway. Move in date negotiable (preferably asap).
