Centrally-Located SD Townhome

Description

We're looking for a solo roommate that wants a long-term living situation. We are on a month-to-month basis for our lease but are open to discussing a year lease to lock in a lower monthly. My roommate and I are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and clean, as well as comfortable with a shared space. We are not looking for a roommate with a pet/s.
A bath located in Birdland, we are minutes away from Convoy and a short drive from other popular neghborhoods like Mission Valley, Hillcrest, and North Park. We have an in-house AC and laundry unit to make errands easier and living more comfortable.
We strive to create a cozy inviting environment by keeping the space clean, sharing responsibilities, and being comfortably social. Our space is fully furnished, and outside of work, we spend our time watching movies or anime, gaming, or cooking, whether together or separate. We enjoy drinking and smoking socially and will occasionally have people over, but don't generally host.
Our ideal roommate would be a working professional who enjoys spending time with the roomies but is also free to spend their time on their own. They would be clean, respectful to the space, and inviting as a personality. We are proud that our house has turned into a home and want someone who can also appreciate the same efforts.
